Small or medium items via USPS or UPS - $15 minimum handling and packaging fee to ship small items. Please note this is an estimate only. We will let you know if the cost exceeds this amount.
Small or medium items via mail store dropoff - $20 minimum handling fee for us to drop off your large item to a local shipping store for them to provide you with a quote to package and ship. If you do not like the quote, we will pick the item back up and refund your purchase less the $20 dropoff fee. If you do like the quote, you will pay the shipping store directly.
Large items via dropoff to Greyhound - $20 minimum handling fee for us to drop off your large item to Greyhound. We will obtain a quote and payment ahead of time for the shipping fee, which is an estimate only. Final price may vary slightly, and we will collect final payment from you after item is shipped, if needed. You will be responsible to pick up the item from your local Greyhound bus station according to the bus station schedule.
Large items via freight - You can arrange for freight service, or we can obtain a quote for you. Please note that you can save cost by receiving your shipment at a commercial address instead of a residential address.
Crating and/or pallet service - recommended to protect large items. We will give you a quote for this service, if requested.
Freight damage - if you notice any damage to the exterior of your package, please take photos before opening. If you notice damage to the contents, please photograph. Email your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the damage, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed on a shipping damage claim.
Refunds or "Free Look" - We allow returns if shipped back within 5 days. Item must be received back by us in the same condition as when it was shipped. You will be refunded cost of item, but you are responsible for all shipping charges.
